8. Intellectual Property
All platforms, systems, designs, workflows, and code owned by The Website Dept. LLC remain our intellectual property.
Client provided content remains owned by the client.
AI outputs generated for clients are licensed to the client for business use.
We retain the right to reuse anonymized data and outputs to improve internal systems.

Enforce usage limits or restrictions
These actions may occur without prior notice for violations or security risks.
10. Service Availability
